Warranty Backed By Microlink Networks

Microlink Networks’ warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship for all products sold and manufactured by us. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper deployment, misuse, accidents, neglect, or the natural breakdown of materials over time. Products should be returned to us for evaluation. Items with defects in materials and workmanship will be repaired or refunded.

Strong Protection

We offer a 25-year product warranty as standard on all installations completed by a certified MICROLINK Partner.

All warranties are processed within 5 working days after confirmation of receipt of your email.

The 25-year product and application warranty is only available when systems are designed, installed, and tested by MICROLINK Partners with up-to-date training certification. Warranties are issued only after an audit of test data and at the discretion of the Microlink technical support team at a site audit. In all case scenarios, all of the links that require warranty support must be tested.

MICROLINK 25-Year Warranty Includes:

  • All Microlink copper, fiber optic, and voice cabling systems and racks are installed as part of a full Microlink solution.
  • Microlink EMPS, Intelligent and Standard PDU’s are provided with a three-year warranty when installed as part of a full Microlink solution.
  • Registered sites covered by a 25-year application warranty.
  • Bandwidth warranty. For example, Category 6A warranties assure the support of all applications, current and future, designed to operate at up to 500Mhz.

What is Lifetime Warranty?

A Lifetime Warranty means that products enjoy a warranty within their own practical life. For example, the practical life of transceivers is about 5 years in normal applications, so the lifetime warranty on transceivers would be 5 years.

Qualifications:

Offer lifetime performance limited Warranty with certification and at least one certified designer and installer on staff.

1. Must be registered as an Elite Installer prior to installation.

2. Must install Microlink Networks category-rated connectivity products, plus Microlink Networks horizontal premise cable as an end‑to‑end Permanent Link solution.

25 Year Performance Warranty

Only Through Microlink Networks Installers

overage: Guaranteed system performance from end-to-end for 25 years from the date of installation. Coverage includes the replacement of Microlink Networks products only.
