Description

The new FORCE-X DC door is lighter and more rigid than the previous version. It comes with a 1 point lock as a standard feature. The lock system can be extended to four points as an option when required by security specifications. The wide range of locks meets all the possible requirements of a data processing center.
Avaliabla models include single-key or master-key locks. mechanical combination locks with or without key, manual pushbutton locks and electromechanical locks,
ideal for connecting to the facility’s BMS.

19'’ NET MOUNT

The 19’’ mount concept has been fully redesigned to ensure optimum cable organization of the equipment. The mount has a number of strategically placed holes which provide great versatility in the location of cable management accessories, such as protective frames, rollup spools and horizontal management fingers for each 19’’ unit.

SIDE CABLE TRAYS

The cables running down inside the rack are supported by the cable tray which, in combination with the fingers, the grommet rings and the rollup spools, assist in the correct distribution of the inner cabling. The location of he tray in the cabinet is fully adapted to the cable entry, allowing smooth, continuous flow of the cables, with no sharp bends.

CABLE ACCESSORIES

The new FORCE-X DC has a wide range of accesories that assist in managing and arranging the rack cabling. Different section grommet rings, horizontal management fingers, optic fiber rollup spools, -1side and -2sides 19’’ horizontal organizers with rings, protective frames…, all of them made of plastic and with rounded edges to avoid harming the cables

THERMAL MANAGEMENT

19” ZAF [ZERO AIR FLOW] MOUNTS

19” ZAF (Zero Air Flow) mount concept provides an effective barrier against the air flows generated inside the rack without losing cabling capacity on the cabinet sides. As an option , the number of installed units can be increased with extra 12U in vertical, without increasing the rack height with the ZAF 2Ux3 mount version.

VENTILATION WITH ELECTRONIC THERMOSTAT

Ventilation units specially designed for active management of low thermal loads. Fitted on the top of the rack, with low noise generation and minimal power consumption thanks to the configurable electronic control.

BLANK 19'’ PANELS

Available in 1 u or 3u, they are especially suited for covering all the equipment-free 19” units, sealing ali the front space and preventing air mixing and air
currents inside the rack. Their quick clip-on design allows easy mounting
